Unapproved privacy draft. Review required.
This working text describes proposed services and contains unresolved placeholders. It is not a verified statement that the listed collection, providers or safeguards are operating. A final notice requires business, legal and security review.
Use sample information only. Optional customer signup, sign-in and cloud draft saving require approved server and email configuration. Signup requires email verification and gives no staff access. Creating an account or signing in does not upload local drafts. Follow the save, load, deletion and sign-out notices. Identity-document upload remains unavailable. Website font requests and chat, if configured, are separate from these form actions.

Because we help you set up a Singapore company, your information will be disclosed to recipients in Singapore. It may also be stored or processed in Australia and in other countries where our service providers operate, including [COUNTRIES]. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients protect your information.
7. How we protect it
The prepared account service uses server-managed HttpOnly session cookies and verified account ownership. A separate, configuration-gated team workspace allows approved founders to manage cases and team access, while employees are limited to assigned cases. It records staff activity using account/case identifiers and server timestamps. Hosted access, staff identities, retention and operational controls still require review. Identity-document upload and restricted document storage remain unavailable.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet legal requirements. Identity and due diligence records are generally kept for at least [5] years after our relationship with your company ends, where anti-money laundering laws require it. After that, we securely delete or de-identify it.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to how we use it. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer using the details below.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
10. Cookies and analytics
A cookie preference banner and analytics or advertising controls have not been implemented. The website requests Google Fonts and can load Crisp chat when configured. The actual cookies, browser storage, recipients and retention need to be checked for each deployment before a final notice is published.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page and, where changes are significant, let you know by email.
